The Emergency Operations Center and Public Safety Department need evaluation and options to expand operations, including but not limited to, buildout and reconfiguration of the existing facility. Project needs include a commercial kitchen, revitalized bunk space, expansion of services to support emergency operations, infrastructure improvement, and update of systems. 设计 evaluations to consider multiple options to meet the variety of needs within the project.
